TSPC Profiling Kits are based on unique Bristle Blaster technology and provide a complete and effective mobile power tool solution for all on-site maintenance, spot repairs and inspection processes.
Bristle Blasting is the ONLY viable option where traditional abrasive blasting is not practical or viable and you require levels of surface preparation equal to these commonly specified standards:
SURFACE CLEANLINESS:
- Sa 2.5 (NACE 2 | SSPC-SP-10)
- Sa 3 (NACE 1 | SSPC-SP-5)
SURFACE ROUGHNESS:
- Up to 120 microns (4.7 mil).
TSPC Profiling Kits include a range of complimentary, industrial-grade, power tools and accessories to effectively complete all surface preparation tasks:
- Angle Grinder for removal of heavy corrosion, steel shaping and removal of sharp edges.
- Die Grinder for easy processing of any hard-to-reach angles or corners.
- Accessories and protective wear needed to complete your project.
- Montipower Bristle Blaster for removal of corrosion and existing coatings while easily generating required surface cleanliness and regularly specified anchor profiles of 65 to 80 microns for optimum new coating adhesion.
The Pneumatic Profiling Kit also includes a Needle Scaler to assist in removal of heavily pitted corrosion and the Bristle Blaster Pneumatic tool is ATEX Certified for use in Zone 1 environments.
TSPC Profiling Kits are available in Electric, Pneumatic and Cordless systems and delivered in fully watertight, dust and crush proof Pelican transport cases.
