Australian Consumer Law

TSPC adheres to all obligations with respect to consumer entitlements, goods replacement, refunds and compensation in accordance with The Australian Consumer Law (ACL). More information is available here 

Change of Mind

Australian Consumer Law does not require us to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, TSPC may agree to a “Change of Mind” return if you contact us to apply for a return within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Please do NOT return any item(s) without contacting us first to discuss and also understand, that to be eligible for a return:

  • Product(s) must remain in saleable condition, as delivered, unused and in the original sealed packaging (including all instruction manuals and accessories).
  • Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • Refunds will be the actual purchase price of the returned item(s), less shipping charges (or the actual cost of shipping where free shipping was offered).
  • Refunds will be processed by way of your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, so that we can follow up and make things right.

Any freight that arrives damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of you taking delivery. Claims for goods arriving damaged made outside of 24 hours may be rejected by the delivery provider and/or insurer.

Where the customer fails to comply with this requirement, the goods shall be deemed to be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage. 

Warranties and Guarantees

TSPC is not the manufacturer of any goods available for purchase through this website and any performance figures, or other representations, related to any product are a reproduction only of those stated by the manufacturer(s).

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provides guarantees and entitlements with regard to the repair or replacement of goods that fail to be of acceptable quality and, where a manufacturer of any product you have bought from us provides a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is in addition to your other rights and remedies under ACL in relation to those goods.

Any warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by TSPC, however, if you wish to make a warranty claim, you can contact us and we will endeavour to assist you with your claim where it falls within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer.

The guarantees provided under ACL, and any other warranty offered by any manufacturer, are the sole warranties offered by TSPC and no additional warranties or guarantees (either express or implied) are applicable.
