Shipping policy

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Locations:
  • TSPC ships to Australian addresses only.
  • For International locations, please email us to confirm product pricing and shipping charges.
PO Boxes:
  • Orders up to 5kg in weight may be shipped to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
  • Where a PO Box has been nominated, and your order is above 5kg in weight, we will contact you to confirm an alternative shipping address.
Authority To Leave:
  • We recommend you nominate a shipping address where your delivery can be accepted in person.
  • Where the nominated premises are unattended at the time of delivery, orders are automatically processed with an Authority To Leave and will be left in a safe place.
  • Where the delivery driver does not consider this possible, delivery may be attempted on another date, or you may be required to collect your parcel from the carrier's nearest facility.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping is included for online orders over $150.00 (standard road freight).
  • Express Shipping options are available at checkout.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

  • All orders will typically be shipped the next business day.
  • We will send you an email notification to track the progress of your delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times shown are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery will typically be completed within two (2) to eight (8) business days, depending on your location.
  • Confirmation of delivery by the provider will be considered proof of your receipt of goods.

CONDITION OF GOODS DELIVERED

IMPORTANT:

  • It is the responsibility of the receiver to immediately inspect parcels delivered.
  • Any freight that arrives damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of you taking delivery. Claims made outside of 24 hours may be rejected by the delivery provider and/or insurer.
